Alpha 20 - Achievements and full resizing support!

Hey everyone! This is it! Alpha 20 is now out, as I said. This adds achievements and resizing support. I hope you all enjoy it, it's taken a lot of time to make. Details:

Made it easier by increasing the amount of health and mana each skill point is worth
Made it restore health and mana when leveling up
Updated backend UI to support different sized console sizes
Updated viewable UI as well
Added achievement system
Added some basic achievements
Added UI updater and fixed problems when resizing the window
Tweaked fatal exception handler
